Installing and importing the font file to Word on MAC is also a very easy task. To add fonts into MS Word on MAC, find that downloaded font file and then double-click on it. Then the font preview window will appear. Click "Install Font" in the bottom-right corner of the window.

So, either you're on MAC or Windows, after applying these steps, you will be able to use the new font styles on Microsoft Word, like any other old font.
