Xiaomi May Launch Redmi Branded Laptops Under Rs 20,000 in India
Having just launched the Mi Notebook 14 in India recently, Xiaomi is reportedly getting to bring its all-new Redmi laptops to the country. consistent with TechPP, the corporate could price them at under Rs. 20,000 (~264), with the top-end model rising to Rs. 33,000. The report further claims that the devices are going to be manufactured in India, and can be “very different” from those launched in China recently.
According to the report, the Core i3-powered models could be priced below Rs. 25,000, while Core i5 devices could be priced somewhat higher. However, the report claims that Xiaomi might use older Core i5 chips to keeps costs down. The devices may need a plastic build, and won’t offer an equivalent RAM and storage options because the Mi Notebook.
The incoming models are going to be aimed toward students and can reportedly be offered during a number of various colors. they're going to also apparently have high battery life and can run Windows 10 Home.
